Developed as a cross-platform ecosystem (Next.js, React Native, FastAPI) featuring multi-role data synchronization, robust role-based authentication, a hybrid monetization engine, and real-time safety-tracking systems.

• Engineered Pettah Transit Hub, a full-stack system using Next.js and FastAPI. It integrates a RAG-based AI assistant via LangGraph and Pinecone, while implementing dedicated backend services for real-time bus timetables and secure seat booking to streamline passenger operations.

•Built a scalable digital shopping ecosystem with Node.js/Express, TypeScript, MongoDB, Clerk authentication, Stripe payments, and AWS S3 storage, following clean architecture principles.

• Built ParkNet, a smart parking system connecting an ESP32 IoT prototype with a full-stack web platform, enabling real-time slot detection and reservations using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Shadcn, Google Maps, Firebase, and Clerk.

• Built LankaSmartMart, a mobile grocery shopping app using Flutter, enabling users in Sri Lanka to browse items, manage carts, and simulate orders with Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and SQLite for offline data.

• Developed a multi-agent RAG chat system (IKMS) using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI, enabling intelligent knowledge retrieval through a FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, and Pinecone vector database.
